Get your customer success stories ready! The Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards process is currently open! Haven’t heard of Partner Innovation Awards? Well, the awards are a way for Salesforce to celebrate and recognize the outstanding innovation, transformative solutions, and the customer success of our partners. We are so excited to share that this year the awards will be inclusive of both ISV and Consulting Partners.
Each year, Salesforce runs the Partner Innovation Awards — an award initiative that recognizes select partners for their extraordinary work in bringing innovation and creativity to solve companies’ biggest challenges. These partners demonstrate best-in-class examples of how they are helping businesses transform on Salesforce’s Customer 360 platform.
The Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards have been around in the ecosystem for 8+ years, and we are excited to tack on another year and extend the opportunity for all partners. We can’t wait to continue to highlight and promote our partner winners. Stay tuned for all of the fun and creative perks and prizes in store for our partners. This year we will feature 26 categories across these three pillars for partners to participate in:
- Cloud Solution Awards: Rewards partners who have exhibited deep knowledge and technical expertise that enable customers to overcome business challenges and improve efficiency with a Salesforce product or portfolio of products.
- Industry Solution Awards: Reward partners who deliver cutting-edge solutions in a specific industry that fundamentally changed the way the customer operates using Salesforce technologies.
- Trailblazer Score: Our Partner Program core principles are Customer Success, Innovation, and Engagement — which may sound familiar, the pillars of the Trailblazer Score! This is a new category that recognizes partners who excel in the Salesforce Partner Program for both Consulting & ISV Partners. ISV partners; these awards will be the Appy Awards!

Another new addition to the awards is that our friends at International Data Corporation (IDC), third party subject matter experts, will be supporting the review process for scoring stories.
Submit your stories before Friday, September 4th to be considered for an award. Please note that both you and your customer must be willing to share the story publicly.
