Artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are making it difficult for companies to keep up with the demands of this fast-paced information-based economy. According to the World Economic Forum, 35 percent of the skills demanded for jobs across industries will change by 2020.

With Salesforce’s goals, a skills setback just won’t do. As Tyler Prince stated, the Salesforce Economy is expected to create 3.3 million new jobs and generate $859 billion in new business revenues by 2022. How can we bridge the talent gap AND reach our goal? Our partners. Partners are absolutely critical to achieving the type of impact Salesforce has its sights set on. And two ways to accelerate partner success include growth through equality and diversity, and the Consulting Partner Program of the Future.

Equality and Diversity

By aligning Salesforce’s values of diversity and equality, companies will attract more talent, bringing more agility and innovation. These organizations could see a 15 to20 percent bump in annual revenue growth. Employers can discover candidates including military service members who are building Salesforce careers through talent hubs like VetForce. Salesforce offers our partner ecosystem the opportunity to learn more about strengthening their workforce through diversity and with veterans on Trailhead.
