Get Recognized For Your Success at the Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards

Each year the Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards celebrate the success and innovation of both our ISV and Consulting partners by recognizing cutting-edge customer solutions and partner contributions. These partners demonstrate best-in-class examples of how they are helping businesses transform on Salesforce’s Customer 360 platform. Does your company have a success story that addresses a unique business challenge or a cutting-edge transformation? Apply for the Partner Innovation Awards by July 7th at 5 p.m. PT to be considered. Please note that all stories must have occurred after Feb. 1, 2021.

This year, we are calling for customer success stories under the following categories:

ISV Awards

Impact: Partner who has done exceptional work that falls under the Impact Pillar program measures such as equality, talent alliance, and sustainability

Breakout Partner: Partner that has joined the Salesforce Ecosystem within the last 12 months that has transformed their customer’s business and delivered growth

Industry Stories: Partner that has delivered cutting-edge solutions in a specific industry where the solution fundamentally changed the way the customer operates. Story submission must include concrete metrics and achieved customer KPIs

Emerging Technology: Partner that leveraged new technology from Salesforce products (Slack, Marketing Cloud, Commerce, Tableau, Heroku) to solve a unique customer business challenge

Consulting Awards

Impact: Partner who has done exceptional work that falls under the Impact Pillar program measures such as equality, talent alliance, and sustainability

Cloud: Consulting partners who have exhibited deep knowledge and technical expertise that enable customers to overcome business challenges and improve efficiency with a Salesforce product or portfolio of products.

Industry: Consulting partners who deliver cutting-edge solutions in a specific industry that fundamentally changed the way the customer operates utilizing Salesforce technologies

SMB: SMB Partner of the Year rewards small to medium-sized business partners for delivering success in our ecosystem

Better Together: Rewards partners for collaborating with our Salesforce Services Team (e.g. Customer Success Implementation Team) to deliver customer success

Connected Ecosystem: Connected Ecosystem Award rewards partners for providing clients with a complete 360 of their customers

Managed Services Awards

Managed Service Provider Award: Partners who have made an exceptional customer impact as an MSP

In addition to the awards listed above, we are also continuing our Trailblazer Score Pillar award and introducing the Reseller awards, which will reward top performers in the partner program pillars of Customer Success, Innovation, Growth (measured by largest YoY growth in points), and Impact. Submissions will not be required for Trailblazer Score Pillar awards or the Reseller award.

We’re also excited to continue our collaboration with the IDC to judge and facilitate the PIA again this year. This is an incredible opportunity for partners to be recognized not only by Salesforce but also by one of the top market research firms in the world. Looking for key tips to make an impression with our judges? Here are a few key areas to consider when submitting your success stories:

• Be sure to include quantitative results e.g. 10% increase in productivity, 20% increase in diversity in the workforce
• Include customer quotes e.g. “X partner was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and acted as our trusted advisor by…”
• Stories that involve Salesforce services (e.g. CSG implementation services) + partners will be scored higher
• Integrating a customer 360 story makes for a stronger submission
