Trailblazers are in a unique position to empower their communities and introduce their networks to opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem. One example is Emelar Consulting Group, a Salesforce partner based in Madison, Wisconsin. This organization is making an impact in their local community through Project Hope, a free online training program to help individuals reskill and learn Salesforce. Outreach like this not only impacts the community; it also increases your organization’s brand recognition and builds a pipeline of up-and-coming talent.

Take a look at the resources below and share your Salesforce story with your networks. Whether it’s a former colleague, fellow alumni, teacher, or local nonprofit, we challenge you to find the budding Trailblazers in your community and let them know, “If I can do it, you can too.”

How You Can Start Making an Impact Today

Identify Your Network

Make a list of individuals and organizations that could benefit from building Salesforce skills. Start with your immediate circle of friends, family, and colleagues and then think more broadly. Is there a local nonprofit or professional association looking to support their employees or members in reskilling? Could your alma mater or local school benefit from Trailhead’s free, online learning? Get creative and use your networks to amplify.

Help Others Earn Their First Credential

Encourage your circle to join the Level Up Challenge. While supplies last, individuals new to Salesforce can complete the Admin, Developer or App Builder Super Set to receive a certification exam voucher.* If you’re interested in promoting this campaign, download the cross-skill kit for email templates, social posts, FAQs, and more.
