It’s a New Year and a New Salesforce Partner Program

The Salesforce Partner Program provides the landscape you need to help solve the business challenges of more than 15 million Trailblazers — enabling them to extend the Customer 360. We set you up with the benefits, resources, tools, and technologies you need to deliver value, grow exponentially, and build long-term businesses.

We’ve created flexible content to help make it easier to share with your team and understand the benefits of the program and the changes recently made. Benefit explanations are available as decks and videos so you can digest the information in the way that’s most impactful to you.

Below are some of the exciting program updates.

New Tools
Ridge, Crest, and Summit ISV and Consulting Partners will get access to Pardot Plus, providing Partners with powerful lead generation, email marketing, and marketing analytics tools. This full production license helps give partners the power to build, execute, and measure drip marketing campaigns to engage prospects and drive them through the funnel. Partners can also build marketing campaigns to keep customers and prospects engaged after they interact with lead generation content like a demo or white paper.

AppExchange Chat
This new product can be added to your listing to engage customers or prospects that visit. It allows your sales teams to engage directly with visitors through a chat function.

New Opportunities
We are announcing a brand new way to partner with us — the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program, available to existing consulting partners. Many partners have requested a way to get early insight into and help with their Salesforce engagement with the Managed Service Provider business model. And here’s the chance! We would love for partners to experience this new program and give us feedback. It’s the opportunity for us to grow the program and bring more value to customers together.

New and Improved Navigator Resources
We will be enhancing the Partner Community Tracker later this year to ensure we’re providing the visibility and details you need to manage your Navigator objectives. In addition, we’re also developing an enhanced and publicly-accessible search and filter capability that will improve searching for and surfacing your Specialization expertise.

Enhanced and Unlimited Technical Support
The Premier Success Plan is now available to all of our partners. Partners across all tiers will benefit from enhanced support from dedicated engineers, faster response times, and unlimited developer support. It gives you access to unlimited developer support so the technical issues you run into requiring a small amount of code review will now be managed by our developer support team. No more closing cases out of scope and telling you to post your question to the developer forum!

Program Fee Elimination
There are no longer annual program fees for Consulting Partners in FY23! We think it’s important to you invest in yourself, so please take the time and money you’ve historically spent on program fees and put it back into growing your business.

One last thing, we’ve also renamed the “Lead” Pillar to the “Impact” Pillar to better represent the tremendous impact that so many of our partners are making with their sustainability efforts.
