In this blog, it is not the first time that we talked about creativity and it is that this “attribute” full of myths and legends reminds us that throughout history it has been thought that creativity has an almost annihilating weight within the host. Nothing is further from the truth because, as Plato said at some point, creativity is nothing more than a beautiful inventive impulse that barely represents 1% of the design process (in our case) and should not be taken as a heavy burden with the which to live, on the contrary, it should be an innocent impulse to refresh our more extravagant ideas.

On the other hand, this anguish to produce and create could feed demons that would overwhelm us with every breath. Today we come across this brilliant article by a Creativeboom.com editor, Katy Cowan, who lets us glimpse the psychology behind this personal phenomenon and gives us, through her words, a light of hope in those moments when we get cloudy to ourselves.

Highly recommended!!
