Agencies are no stranger to the fact that growing your client base is hard. Like harder than a pile of bricks encased in concrete: h-a-r-d. Sometimes, you gotta bend over backward to keep your current client base strong — let alone add to it. And the difficulty level multiplies when you throw in a worldwide pandemic, economic recession, and the stress of working from home.
