Davao City, The Philippines — July 16, 2015 — Business owner, Jenny Jordan is unleashing changes that have been germinating since the start of the year. It’s a sea change in the Virtual Assistant concept, and she calls it “Unleashing the Power”.

Just over six months ago, Jordan, owner of virtual assistant agency Need a VA, brought in a team of world wide focus groups, headed by entrepreneur, speaker, business expert and corporate market influence Rene Kamstra. Kamstra has coached giants like Visa, Wells Fargo, NextGen, CoreLogic and is the owner of four multi-million dollar companies.

As part of “Unleashing the Power”, these focus groups comb through and direct investing in every aspect of Need a VA. As the VA industry has been booming for decades, but the quality of some VA’s left much to be desired. Jordan’s “Unleashing the Power” campaign seeks to blow that notion out of the water for the whole web marketing industry.

Her staff of VA’s get grilled on new technologies, long and short tailed keywords, social media, office practices, website construction, customer service, English grammar skills, Search Engine Optimization and the whole bible of work ethic.

Don’t get me wrong, they’re terrific,” says Jordan. “it’s just that we want to take the concept of Virtual Assistant to a new level. Like Tim Allen would say, ‘We want more power!’

The strategy’s evidently paying off immediately for clients, who are seeing improved quality at a fraction of the cost it would be elsewhere. Says business professional Angelo Sarras, “The service has been so professional, unlike many other VA services I have used, and swift in all cases”.

We are the only VA business with a certification from Dr. Todd Eller of UCLA,” states Jordan, “but we can’t rest on our laurels. We just bought 20 brand-new laptops for our VA’s, and hired some top quality, US based ghostwriters for our top clients”.

Jordan also takes her crew on life enrichment outings such as helping at a local orphanage.

Business is not just about providing a service and getting paid,” claims Jordan. “it’s about giving back. It’s about serving for the joy of it. It’s the kind of person you are.”.
