Huge shoutout to the IT Support team, including Lauren, Juan and Michael, who are always down to help make the office tech better! From patiently reminding folks that their monitor needs to be on for it to function to feeding the office TVs with all sorts of varied content, the team is always down to roll up their sleeves and make things better for everyone. The office would crumble without you, thank you!!

November 2022 : Resilience

I woke up to this note outside my door this morning. It’s from my daughter telling us all to stay positive. Positivity is a wonderful way to remain resilient in challenging times. I’ve seen that time and time again here at Insider in this fantastic Product & Tech team. Positive thoughts, encouragement, support, all positive actions that have carried us through the darkest times of the pandemic and brightened the sun on our incredible achievements. So my kudos go to this team, and all the wonderful, talented, funny, smart, inclusive people that make it what it is. Stay positive, be resilient!

December 2022: Joy

This is going to sound fake.. but it was honestly a joy to work with Adam Kierstein on our SRE Q1 Gantt chart. It was fun to break down all of SRE’s work into tickets, which helped me better understand the ins and outs of all the projects, and helped us get a very clear picture of how the quarter will play out, which we haven’t really had before. Thank you Adam!!!
