Get your employees trained:
Having a concise and consistent way to train staff when hiring a lot of new employees at once helps ensure a consistent guest experience at your center.
Unfortunately, redemption typically falls to the bottom of the training list. Your redemption space is likely the last stop your customers will make in your center before leaving. Introducing our newest Sun’s Out Fun’s Out Storyboard: SOFO is full of activity-based and outdoor toys. There are two options for you to choose from 8- and 16-square feet. There are 13 SKUs in the largest option and decrease from there. If you don’t have a space large enough in your display you can change the arrangement of the storyboard or incorporate just a few items in your “flash” area.
The SOFO Storyboard is heavy in the Trader Redemption Range. This is important for your center because with Spring Break comes destination-type customers. Meaning, the majority of people coming to your center will spend all of their tickets as opposed to saving for another visit. This Storyboard will give them fun, outdoor items to redeem while on break.
