What’s Rollin’ In Bowl Expo Booth #643
We’re only days away from the start of International Bowl Expo 2018! It’s a great event for bowling and family entertainment centers, alike. Between educational seminars and 100's of exhibitors, prepare to discover practical tips, as well as big-picture ideas for your new or existing facility.
Below is all you need to know about Bowl Expo 2018 — including where Redemption Plus’s booth will be, who will be there and what we’ll be talking about:
Mark your calendars. The International Bowl Expo trade show rolls into action June 20 & 21. Education sessions begin as early as Sunday if you’re looking for some educational opportunities. The trade show hours are 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Wednesday and 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m on Thursday.
Redemption Plus will be in booth #643. When walking into the trade show from the main entrance we’re just a few booths up and to the left. Look for our giant hanging purple sign.
International Bowl Expo will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Service With A Smile
At Bowl Expo will be rolling out an updated service model. This is the way we do business, modernized, to better support our customers and growth of our industry. Our à la carte service add-ons, paired with tiered stages will allow Redemption Plus to help you no matter where you’re at with your business and its development.
Customers who opt-in to our Design and Merchandising service packages will receive a tablet loaded with merchandising and inventory training courses, tips and tricks, and access to exclusive product insights. This tool will also allow us to see your walls and bins, in real time, via video chat options.
Don’t worry — nothing major is changing on your end — we’re simply placing a formalize framework around how we serve you. This model will enable you to opt-in to design, merchandising, and data-driven product curation that empowers your staff, instead of keeping them in the dark. We’re excited to be doing what we do the best instead of trying to “cover the bases” with a program that creates disengagement, excess and irrelevant product delivery, and variation in your centers. Product Line Improvements
We’ve improved the way we analyze product data to give themed product assortment recommendations beyond just “what’s trendy.” Pre-themed product assortments make it easy for our customers to update sections of their walls and counters while sticking to retail merchandising best practices.
