Product Update: Comment Labels and Community & User Support
We have been in the process of improving our new dashboard to ensure that we can build a scalable organization tool for your team and personal coaching. Over the next few weeks we will be making new UI/UX updates and additional features to better equip you during your VOD Review sessions. To highlight some of the new feature and changes we launched:
1. Comment Labels
We’ve heard a lot of feedback asking for categorization and quick visualizations for comments — and decided to revisit our comment sections. Comment labels give you a quick overview of the comments made throughout your video or be labelled in accordance to a specific player—the possibilites are endless! Whether it is quickly summing up a key takeaway or marking a common occurrence, we allow you to customize your timestamped comments that best suites your way of organization. To start, team admins can allocate “Comment Label” privileges to members in the roles settings!
2. Discord Customer Support
In our pursuit of balancing our Discord community with increasing customer support, we’ve restructured our Discord to be solely about the Insights.gg product. Our first steps towards this was the introduction of our specific channels dedicated in becoming a help desk for our new and existing users. We’ve also developed a bot named Sue where you can submit feature suggestions and general feedback on the Insights.gg platform in exchange for an exclusive rank on our server! While this is still grassroots and as we still discover ways to make our community more interactive, we hope that we can be supportive to our users more than before.
What’s next?
We’ve been developing a special project for the past months and we can’t wait to share it with you soon! Our team cares deeply about creating enhanced value to your Insights experience, making collaborating and sharing content with friends and communities more convenient while keeping the core product easily accessible. We’re tinkering something that will soon help our users combine the value they gain from the in-game replay tool with our coaching tools.
