We all hold implicit and explicit biases and assumptions, despite our awareness of them. We also all have the ability to acknowledge and deconstruct them. But becoming of aware of these biases, and moving them from implicit, (unknown) to explicit, (known), is only the first step. To deconstruct our past biased experiences and hinder their impact on our present experiences, we have to find the origination point — the place where healing and understanding can happen.

In his podcast “The Origination Point”, educational leader and our long-term partner Bill de la Cruz offers a step by step process to deconstruct biases, with real stories about how these strategies have impacted the lives of others. Learn more about Bill’s podcast, and how to listen, below.
