We finish the year at 3,926 followers and 335 writers! Not bad for a little publication with only two editors.
Ash Jurberg and I have really appreciated the friendly, supportive community we’ve met this year. We try our best to be helpful and encouraging to our writers and you’ve been a pleasure to work with!
It was incredibly special getting to know some of you better in our Medium Mentoring courses and our new Writer’s Club.
There are plans for more next year and we’re looking forward to getting to know more of you!
Contests for 2022?
You may have noticed we didn’t run our annual personal essay contest this year. Medium got in before us with their big writer’s challenge and we thought there wasn’t much point in doubling up.
