Asking for opinions without preparing and thinking about it yourself first is over collaboration.

Arranging a regular meeting is over collaboration.

Online all the time is over collaboration.

Hitting a “Reply All” button is over collaboration.

Forcing everyone to know everything all the time is over collaboration.

Distributing work to too many people is over collaboration.

Open office is over collaboration.

Multi-tasking is over collaboration.

Waiting for a group conclusion before making a decision is over collaboration.


Over collaborations means overheads … which means over-effort needs to be spent. And now, I know why I seems to be too busy all the time. :-)

Thinking and writing are the things I like. Sharing is what I love. Because of them, I write everyday to share stories from my thoughts and experiences, from the future I see and believe in. Everything I use to build Inthentic a better home. A home of people who want to do good things and give back. A home that is a small starting point of changes for a better society. I am proud of what I am doing. And even prouder to know that I am not doing it alone.
