Please, Don’t Hate Me
Don’t hate me … hate the toxic environments around me.
Don’t hate me … hate the pressure that forces me to behave like that.
Don’t hate me … hate the working process that make me forget our friendship.
Don’t hate me … hate the culture that changes me completely.
Everyone was born to be good. By instinct, everyone wants to be a nice person. By origin, everyone is capable of being good.
The problem is that some of us have no chance to be what they want because of bad working environments. When good people meet bad systems, the systems always win. What they do, how they behave are not their true self. They are just a self-defense mechanism.
When we pull them out of the bad systems — aggressive target, unrealistic goals, long-lasting pressure, non-sense politics, and internal competitions, everyone has a good heart. Everyone can be friends. Everyone is ready to speak softly and honestly.
So, don’t hate them. Hate the bad systems around them.
Thinking and writing are the things I like. Sharing is what I love. Because of them, I write everyday to share stories from my thoughts and experiences, from the future I see and believe in. Everything I use to build Inthentic a better home. A home of people who want to do good things and give back. A home that is a small starting point of changes for a better society. I am proud of what I am doing. And even prouder to know that I am not doing it alone.
Thanks for reading. :-)
