FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS

As the summer is upon us, we are working, playing, going on vacation, trying to keep up with the yard and the weeds and trying to stay cool.

Some parts of the U.S., including where I live are experiencing days of temperatures over 100 degrees. Where I live we are looking at a minimum of seven days of those temps.

In other areas, there are floods, hurricanes, fires and many other catastrophes taking place.

In the midst of all of this, focus on what matter. Family is first. Do all you can to care for and protect your family. You are second — take care of yourself so you can care for others.

Focus on the good things, what you have and what you are grateful for.
