How to sell Art on Instagram?
As an Artist on Instagram, the ultimate goal is to sell our Art which Artists usually consider pretty annoying especially those who are new to Instagram world but there are certain some easy things which you can implement in order to rocket up your Art sell score through Instagram only.

- No matter what your followers count is on your Instagram Art page, you are always ready to make sells but only if you really think your artwork is worth purchasing for your potential buyers. I’ve seen many Artists with huge following but still fails to sell their artwork.
- Never ever rush into selling your Art piece the moment you pick up the brush. First focus on learning, growing and mastering the Art then go for selling your artwork.
3. The thumb rule is reply every compliment you get on your painting whether through comment, direct message or story repost unless you are too busy watching Netflix because 80% of sells will happen in DM/ comment section.
4. Using Local Art related hashtags like #houstonart or #newyorkart and Geo location will help you get discovered among local audience of your area. It will resulted in more commissions work as well as boost your sales funnel.
5. Connect with local audience as much as you can by following their account whether personal or business. Mainly, target the non-artist audience. you can search for them through local community channels on Instagram or through geo location.
6. Never hesitate to bring up the conversation even just on small reactions, heart or smiley and ask them what interests you about that Artwork !?
7. Create a sense of urgency through Instagram stories. Post ‘Available for purchase’ stories about your artwork and also, post if it got sold. You can also announce some discounted rates.
