Sportradar Offers AI-Driven Simulated Reality Product To Play Out Postponed European Championship
While the official European Championship has been postponed until the summer of 2021, Sportradar plans to play out the entirety of the competition using its AI-driven Simulated Reality product.
The games, following the original schedule, began on Friday, June 12th at 8 PM British Summer Time pitting Turkey against Italy. SCORE. Sportradar is offering individuals the opportunity to watch all 51 Simulated Reality matches with the tournament final scheduled for July 12th.
Simulated Reality is algorithm-based and completely AI-driven. Through the use of Sportradar’s comprehensive football database, the AI engine creates a massive number of various game situations, gameplays, and outcomes generating an unknown outcome for fans.
In succession with the start of Europe’s top football tournament, Sportradar is implementing two new features designed to enhance fan engagement.
Live video replays — allow fans to watch short live video replay of various significant moments throughout the game including goals scores, shots on net, own goals and penalties both scored and missed
Automatically generated match reports — After the completion of each match, a report will be distributed, providing a gameplay summary along with in-depth match analysis and statistics.
Both of these features are in addition to the 50+ pre and live match betting options available for each game.
