Instawork’s New Hiring Experience is Here!

The wait is over!

We’ve just launched the new Instawork hiring portal, so let’s take a look at what you can do inside…

View your jobs

When you login we’ll take you to view your live and expired jobs for all of your business locations. Here’s a few of the things you can do:

• View all of your job posts and filter by your business locations
• Click on any job post (live or expired) to view your applicants
• Post a new job
• Repost an expired job

Review your applicants

Next up! When you click on an individual job post from your jobs screen, we’ll take you to view all of your applicants for that job. Try out the following:

• Click on any applicant to view their Instawork resume. From there you can send them a message, request an interview or decline their application.
• Click on the star in the upper right hand corner of each applicant’s profile. We’ll save them under the “starred applicants” filter so that you can immediately find them the next time you’re on Instawork.
• Use team notes at the bottom of each applicant resume to write a note that any of your teammates can read later.
• Try the job settings drop down to repost, edit, view or deactivate your post.

Manage your interview schedule

Click on “Interviews” on the navigation bar to view your interview schedule and leave feedback on candidates that you’ve already talked to. From this screen you can also update your interview availability from the “add times” option and cancel or reschedule any of your current interviews.

Update your account settings

Access the accounts tab from the navigation bar on the top of your screen. Here you can update your profile, add new restaurant locations or edit existing ones, manage team members, view receipts and much more!
