As 2022 is just around the corner, it’s time we take a step back and reflect not only our personal habits but our work habits as well. Companies have a responsibility to constantly improve how they approach corporate social responsibility, as well as diversity and inclusion. While starting conversations on these issues is critical, what matters in the end of the day is whether you are actually taking action about it. Here are 3 sobering facts on the state of gender equality at work to give you a clear picture:

  1. Women typically earn 80% of what men earn.
  2. Only 40% of management positions are held by women.
  3. 29% of women think their gender will be an obstacle to their advancement.
