InsureDAO updates July 2021

Today, we would like to share the monthly updates for July with you.
This month, we announced the fantastic news that Quantstamp, our leading code audit company and one of our auditors, has joined the InsureDAO community as the first ReportingDAO member.
Also, we’ve been working hard on the upcoming testnet & Mainnet launch.
Now, we are happy to share with you that we will launch the InsureDAO testnet next week 😆
Development
・Schedule
- We are planning to start battling tests on Testnet next week.
- Since one of our contract audits is scheduled in August, we will launch InsureDAO on the Mainnet in September.
・Contracts
- Our contract audit by Solidified just started this week.
- Our contract audit by Quantstamp will start from 2nd August.
・Front-end
- We have almost completed the front-end development for the testnet.
Governance
・ReportingDAO
As we announced in the last article, Quantstamp becomes the first ReportingDAO member.
We set ReportingDAO which is an independent group that investigates and reports to decide whether or not to pay out when a certain incident happens. You can see details in the article below.

We are still looking for a security expert, such as a code audit company, to be a reporting member.
By becoming a reporting member, you’ll earn trust from the crypto market as well as fees from reporting/assessing reports.

Testnet
It’s been tough to develop and improve a good product, and we experienced several delays in launching the testnet. Sorry for keeping you waiting for such a long time.
Finally, however, we will launch the InsureDAO testnet on 6th August, next Friday!! The image below is the sneak peek into our testnet front-end 😁
We will announce the incentivised testnet detail soon. Stay tuned 😆
