Application deadline for the Fintech Germany Award: ‘The Golden Garage’

For the fourth time running in 2018, Germany’s leading investor-based start-up award for Fintech and Insurtech companies will be presented. Interested start-ups have the possibility to apply for the awards until 16/04/2018.

The awards ceremony, which will once again attract around 200 participants, will take place on 14/06/2018 at the Frankfurt TechQuatier. The event offers the founders the opportunity of expanding their personal network and also a raise in profile. The coverage of the event will also help to improve the perception/reputation for those companies involved.

Prior to the appointment date in June, the selected applicants will present themselves during the World Cup Group’s Financial Centre Day on 07/03/2018. In total, six ‘young’ technology companies from the financial sector will receive the Fintech Germany Golden Garage Award. The fintech companies can be categorised under six different categories. The judges focus in particular around the areas of affordability, scalability and exit ability of companies. These categories are evaluated around the areas of business concept, competitive advantages, positioning, financial plan and management.
