We have no hierarchy so you will be driving your own work!

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on Integrify’s fast growth trajectory. Some of the core activities include:

  • Building a strong sales opportunity pipeline, keeping prospects warm
  • Driving deals from lead stage to closing ($$$)
  • Using effective call/email tactics to reach key contacts
  • Initiating conversations with prospective clients
  • Managing and building customer relationships with your own accounts

In short, you open and grow target markets and bring positive impact on revenue performance.

Who are we?

Integrify is a fast-growing company that enables integration through technology. We teach modern web development to talented immigrants and connect them with jobs. In essence, we’re a social enterprise with a a great track record for real impact. High performance is in our DNA.

We have a proven concept which works. Today we have 40+ students in daily training and are on a path to train 100+ software developers this year. We are also working with the city of Helsinki to tackle the integration challenge.

Our business model is to employ our participants and staff them as consultants or direct recruits to our partner companies.
