Integrify enables integration through technology. We teach recent immigrants coding and lead them into jobs within the tech industry. In 2018 60 eager and talented newcomers have started within our program and in 2019 we expect to teach over 100 future coders. Check out our story below:

We are looking for an experienced superstar developer to lead a new key business at Integrify. As Integrify’s new Lead developer you will be determining the software architecture for projects, overseeing teams of junior developers and taking charge of end-to-end delivery.
What you will do is:
- Develop the architecture for customer projects and lead them
- Build and manage teams and complete exciting projects
- Create & revise a teaching curriculum for the participants based on our existing approach
- Oversee the teaching and also teach modern JavaScript, right now we are focusing on MERN stack, but we are also starting a back-end focused courses around Python. The current course you can find on Trello.
We expect from you:
- 3–5 years of experience as a developer in an IT-software consultancy
- 10 customer projects under your belt
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment
- Native level Finnish language and good command of English language
- True interest in helping out immigrants in a sustainable way
- Previous leadership/management experience is a major plus
