We mean a REAL difference. Not creating a new feature for that (boring) B2B app you’re currently building (even if it is running on the latest tech set).

Integrify enables integration through technology. We teach recent immigrants and refugees coding and lead them into jobs within the tech industry. Our pilot was a huge success, with every graduate landing in a job in mere months.

Currently we are looking for a full-time & part-time coding teachers to unlock the potential among immigrants and turn them into coders. We have done this before and now we are looking into expanding operations. This is a true once in a lifetime opportunity as what Integrify does is an internationally novel approach for integrating motivated and skillful refugees and immigrants.

If you’re irritated about the fact that we have foreign engineers and doctors working as cleaners and uber drivers (or actually not even as uber drivers anymore), this is for you.

Job start is negotiable, but preferably in January.

What you will do is:
- Create & revise a teaching curriculum for the participants based on our existing approach
- Teach Modern JavaScript, right now we are thinking React/Node but are open for ideas + of course HTML5/CSS3
- Further develop our service offering for partner companies
- Mentor the participants and teach also Finnish work customs

We expect from you:
- Programming experience with JavaScript & React (or at least Angular)
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, LESS
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment
- Good command of English language, Finnish not required
- True interest in helping out refugees and immigrants in a sustainable way
