Wunder encourages companies to hire a developer from Integrify ❤
Wunder employed two junior software developers through Integrify in May. After successful 6 months, both developers were hired directly by Wunder.
Wunder, Europe’s largest digital agency specializing in Drupal projects and web service design, knows that finding good developers is hard. Shortage of developers affects every company, even if you are on top of the Great-Place-to-Work list like Wunder. Instead of waiting for developers to show up on their doorstep, Wunder decided to act on the challenge and employ two junior developers from Integrify. Talent Manager Anna Granvik from Wunder shared her thoughts of the benefits of working with Integrify.
The most obvious upside of partnering with Integrify is that companies get talented developers for their team, that are highly motivated and eager to constantly learn and develop. From very early on Wunder was able to use Integrify’s developers in customer projects doing billable work.

The feedback for Wunder from the hired developers, Niloo and Senad, has also been great. Wunder provided a perfect environment for the recently graduated juniors. At Wunder, junior developers naturally have a different role and expectations than seniors. Team members support each other and value diversity among the team members. In order to help juniors grow professionally, they receive guidance from seniors.
