A very interesting thought provoking video. It should make African leaders and policy makers think twice before taking advice from people who see the world as a zero-sum in which case, they have no qualms in taking from countries who are well endowed by nature but with dotard leaders. In some cases, these richer countries would not mind having the weaker countries continue to be underdeveloped through various strategic plans, including but not limited to disruptive wars that they take advantage of, to sell and test weapons etc.
