Growth.

If there is a word to summarize what Integromat experienced in 2019, that is the one.

Copious growth at every single metric that matters.

Rewarding growth of our user base, that never ceases to find value in our product.

Constant growth throughout the year.

Also, personal growth — the kind of which you get during and after

  • Expanding a team
  • Solving more granular problems
  • Boosting the power and reach of your product

This, in short, is what happened in 2019 at Integromat.

It’s been a fast-and-furious year, and we had little time to reflect upon it all. The ride will go on, but we deserve a pit stop and want to share the moment with you.

Let’s take a look!

Product Validation: Check

In 2019, Integromat saw extended validation from its growing user base.

The product is being used to automate an increasingly high number of workflows and processes, expanding its reach to previously unheard-of possibilities.

Some of the uses include:

This is a very small sample, but please bear with us. If we had to list all the things our customers are doing with Integromat, the task would likely require an encyclopedic effort.

In fact, there are so many uses for our product that we started to document and publish use cases developed by partners and customers.

What we are witnessing is that Integromat is empowering all kinds of professionals by turning:

  • Time servers into time savers
  • Coders into no-coders
  • Thinkers into makers

The transformational power of Integromat has exceeded everyone’s expectations by doing what it is supposed to do: deliver value by means of automation.

What’s most, extensive user validation has enabled and strengthened two virtuous circles:

1. Faster App and Module Development

In 2019 alone, Integromat has added

A new app has been added every 3.65 days, and a new module every 3.75 hours.

This has brought the total number of supported apps to 359, and the total amount of modules to 5583.

It is clear that Integromat users want to do more, and we are adamant in helping them reach their goals by making more apps and modules available.

2. Better Customer Support

To say that customer support is important is an understatement.

Delivering value is not just making dozens of new apps and modules available, but also supporting them at every step of the way.

This task requires a team of true experts, who must be ready to switch from one app to another while facing a problem they may never have seen before — all while working on viable solutions ASAP.

Not by chance, our customer support team has excelled at its mission. And while the load is heavy, so is the love they receive from users:

User Base Growth: Check

In the SaaS and iPaaS industries, adoption plays a key role in both the present and future of a company.

In this respect, 2019 was a stellar year for Integromat. The product is more popular than ever before, and we wish to believe we are just getting started.

Let’s take a look at some key figures:

  • Number of users, December 2018: 77,000
  • Number of users, December 2019: 205,000

Integromat’s user base saw a 277% growth during 2019. And there’s more:

  • The number of paying users multiplied by 3 in the past 12 months
  • As of today, Integromat is getting one new user every 5 minutes
  • More than 100,000 businesses are using Integromat

Moreover, some of the world’s largest companies are using Integromat.

The list includes powerhouses like Facebook, Airbnb, Uber, Cisco, Adidas, and also organizations like the United Nations High Commission for Refugees and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

User base growth has been reflected in traffic as well, which doubled from January 2018 to January 2019.

Not too shabby!

Team Expansion and Company Culture: Check

When a startup grows, the process is often portrayed as chaotic, flamboyant and full of excesses in the form of parties, presents, and over-the-top spending.

That’s not the case with Integromat.

Since the very beginning, the company has focused on financial sustainability — a goal that has been achieved and maintained over the years.

In turn, the growth process has been transformed into an opportunity to develop an innovative company culture, marked by:

  • Multicultural, distributed teams
  • Skillful, tech-savvy employees
  • Flexible hours
  • Goal-oriented project management

During 2019, almost 20 new members have joined the company ranks to deliver value in key areas like customer support, development, marketing, and growth.

Integromat employees are not just competent and efficient: they are automation maestros who embody the “Automator” profile, which we believe will become the norm at many organizations in the near future.

In addition, we see ourselves as no-code flag bearers: a world where Integromat powers hundreds of thousands of makers is what we wish and work towards.

The culture at Integromat is in motion, but the founding stones are there, and more importantly, they are working.

Our company values independence, collaboration, and results. On the other hand, we try to avoid unnecessary presentations and redundant reporting like the plague — or like Jeff Bezos.

What’s Next for Integromat in 2020

2020 will be another key year for the company, albeit a different one in many aspects.

Some of our goals remain the same, while others have evolved. Furthermore, there will be exciting developments regarding the product, including:

  • Integromat 2.0
  • Far-reaching, extended documentation

Also, we have launched a private version of Integromat, which can be self-hosted by the client. This is particularly interesting for larger organizations whose automation needs stand above the average user.

We are aware that we don’t yet lead the iPaaS and workflow automation market, but that’s where we are headed.

To get there, we rely on the following:

  • An incredibly strong product
  • Excellent, go-for-it teams
  • Solid finances
  • A great community of users

So, 2020, please, bring it on. We are ready!
