Happy New Years, from us at Integromat!

It is like someone pressed start and 2018 just automatically happened and ended successfully. It was another landmark year for us with exciting developments, growth, and of course, learnings. We added new apps, new supports to existing apps, new features, and increased functionality. We continued to expand our offerings, our team, and support for you. Thanks for supporting us all along the way!

As we begin to prepare for the year ahead and give you a sneak peek into what’s in store for it, let’s first take a quick gander back into all that was in 2018.

2018 Numbers

This past year we continued to help more and more people automate their work. Here are the numbers to prove it:

  • 80,618 registered users as of December 31st, 2018
  • 128,445 scenarios in 2018

2018 Highlights

2018 was also shaped by a number of defining experiences and opportunities.

We got a bit of spotlight this past year, with a few nods that were humbly received. We were named Forbes’ Startup of the Week in January 2018. And, in September we were the winners of the Startup of the Year Award for the CES Awards.

We also had a few opportunities to expand our knowledge and our reach to grow Integromat. From February to April this past year, we were in San Francisco as part of CzechInvest’s CzechAccelerator program, where we learned more about the US market. And after winning a spot to go to Google Campus Tel Aviv in 2017, we attended the Google Launchpad Program this July in Tel Aviv, Israel to further our marketing efforts.

We also launched our Affiliate Progam in January 2018. Our Affiliate Program rewards those who recommend Integromat to others. So, do you already talk about automation and Integromat to your friends and clients too much? Sign up for our Affiliate Program and earn some money while you are at it.

In June, our Integromat Community Group on Facebook was born. If you haven’t joined yet, you should check it out. The Integromat Community brings Integromat and automation enthusiasts across the world together to share ideas and answer peer questions. It is a great resource if you are looking for assistance on a build or have an app inquiry. There are a lot of tech and automation savvy people in this group who are willing to share their expertise. In 6 months, the group has grown to over 1300 members!

Lastly, we extended our automation possibilities in more ways than one this year. Two of the biggest additions to our Apps/Services list were Zapier and IFTTT. Now you can integrate your Zapier zaps and IFTTT applets using Integromat.

Naturally, this caught the attention of both our users and the apps mentioned, specifically Zapier. Users were excited to extend their Zaps, while Zapier felt basically the opposite, asking us to remove their app entirely! (This is why you do not see the Zapier logo on our site but just an orange circle). In the end, the users won. Users can extend their integrations to what they need and continue to automate as they wish.

If 2018 can be tagged with one word it would be, Growth. We experienced immense growth, allowing us to flourish as we are and simultaneously catapulting us to offering the next level of service. With our focus on providing the same high-level support for our new customers, our development had slowed down. So with new learnings in hand and development on the mind, we have some existing and brand new goals that will help us to continue to develop Integromat in 2019.

2019 Plans

Hosted/On-Premise Solutions

Developing Hosted and On-Premise Solutions are a continued priority for us. Our Hosted Solution option will allow clients to have a separate instance of Integromat on our server. Users will have private access and have no operations or data limits set. Our other option, the On-Premise Solution, will allow our clients to have Integromat hosted on their server and again have no set limitations from our end.

Partner Networks

No need to re-invent the wheel every time you need to build an integration! Our Partner Networks will be separate streams of support that will provide resources (use cases, scenarios, and support) to common customer bases. Stay tuned for those!

Converger

The development of the Converger tool is still on our list. The Converger tool is the opposite of the Router, where it will allow you to join multiple routes back together into one branch. That would be useful, hey!

Multiple Triggers

Multiple Triggers are also still on the horizon. Multiple triggers will give you the option of triggering a single scenario by a number of different events instead of only one.

And one big surprise. We can’t say much right now but, I’ll give you one hint… Integromat 2.0.

Thanks for the incredible year! We look forward to 2019!
