Building on our decade of collaboration with Adobe optimizing video transcode using Intel® Quick Sync Video (QSV), our presence at Adobe MAX this week highlights what the latest Intel-based hardware can do. Our recently released 11th Gen Intel® Core™ mobile processors with Iris® Xe graphics (code-named “Tiger Lake”) provide stunning gains for the video and imaging workloads Adobe users care about — up to 2.7x faster real-world photo editing and up to 2x faster real-world video editing versus competitive products, in addition to support for 8K HDR displays and up to four simultaneous 4K HDR displays (configs available here).

We highlighted the impressive gains Intel’s 10th Gen Intel® Core mobile processors brought to exporting video in Premiere Pro* earlier this year, and our latest generation takes these gains even further. Building on a decade of video encode and decode QSV hardware support, Intel and Adobe have continued work to bring even more performance to creators.

Across a broad range of both playback and export workloads, the new 11th Gen Core processors with Xe graphics provide as much as 78% more performance. This translates into better editing experiences and faster creation to enable professionals and prosumers alike to get more done.

Of course, the improvement and features won’t stop here. Intel is committed to many more iterations and developments coming in the form of both integrated and discrete graphics solutions, so stay tuned. We can’t wait to continue our partnership with Adobe to deliver the next generation of creative software in more form factors than ever.

Besides these specific content creation and video transcode capabilities, 11th Gen Intel Core mobile processors offer several enhancements for the creator, including integrated Thunderbolt 4 capabilities, more simultaneous display support, artificial intelligence features such as Intel® DL Boost for faster inferencing, and even integrated Intel® Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) — the best Wi-Fi technology for video conferencing (configs here).

Finally — don’t forget to sign up for Intel’s creator newsletter and receive one month free Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and a chance to win TWO years of Adobe CC and an awesome HP ZBook Create PC!
