How to Participate in Fundraising
Step 1: Head over to Alphastarter and click ‘Funding’ category on the top bar
Step 2: Connect your wallet by clicking ‘Connect Wallet’ on the top right side of the page
Step 3: Click on the project you’d like to participate in fundraising!
Step 4: Read the Fundraising details & Click ‘Fund’
Step 5: Read the Investment Prospectus and click ‘Agree’. You must read until the end to be able to click ‘Agree’
Step 6: Select the amount you would like to invest!
Alphastarter integrates ERC-1155 (the NFT standard with count) thus, you can simply select the amount of ‘tickets’ you wish to mint — which is directly related to the ratio of the fund that will be allocated to your NFTs. For example, 100 USDT is the price of 1 unit investment for Immortal Rising 2.
Step 7: Sign transaction within your connected wallet
Step 8: Check that your investment has been successful by making sure that the ‘Deposit Completed’ notification appears on the bottom right side of the page!
Refund Policy
- If the fundraising target is not met within the set period, the full amount will be refunded.
- If the governance vote is rejected due to the developer failing to meet the milestone after a successful fundraising (At least 5% of total NFT holders must participate, with more than 50% voting “Pass.”), the remaining balance, excluding the amount already delivered to the developers and the platform fee, will be refunded.
- Refunds can be claimed through the refund feature on the Alphastarter website and will be returned to the wallet.
