This update focuses on enhancing user convenience through the introduction of the ‘IXbot’, an AI Chatbot within the Intella X Wallet.

New Feature

Introduction of the Intella X AI Chat bot, the ‘IXbot’.

The ‘IXbot’, Intella X’s AI Chatbot, has been integrated into the Intella X Wallet. This feature offers a 24/7 live chat service, allowing users to easily inquire about Intella X’s services and receive customer support directly within their wallet.

Users can access the ‘IXbot’ Live chat service from four different locations within the Intella X Wallet:

1. Sign-in page > Click the ‘IXBot Live Chat’ button.
2. Settings > Customer Support > click on the IXBot — AI ChatBot button.
3. Top right corner of the Settings page.
4. Bottom right corner of the Intella X Wallet (Web browser only).
