In today’s digital age, social media has become an integral part of our daily lives, shaping how we communicate, interact, and perceive the world around us. However, as we delve deeper into the realm of virtual connectivity, it’s essential to pause and reflect on the multifaceted effects it has on our society, relationships, and mental well-being.
