Design Thinking — Case studies

Ranjini Rao presented her narrative on a used case on Innovation jams and how companies can leverage design thinking modules by developing Customer journeys and the power of collaboration & Ideation to generate ideas for their clients or internal use.
She also presented on how cultivating an innovative mindset is essential in today’s VUCA world where #AI and #humans will need to co exist. While briefly covering an overview of Standford’s design thinking model , she also explained on how it’s frameworks could be useful in delivering for businesses by leveraging technology but designed for humans and finding solutions to big hairy audacious wicked problems.
The session was highly engaging and participants asked many questions related to the best practices, especially on “Ideation to Solutions” and finding the right problem using these methodologies.
