More than UX.

It is People Experience.

During the last couple of years the market has opened up and shown us new developments that revolutionized industries, brands and people, namely the high level of technology that appears day-by-day, non-stop.

With this transformation we started listening and caring about User Experience (UX), but what is this? What does this signify and how can we do it better?

User Experience is a “new” focus that brands and companies need to start caring about. The costumers are becoming more and more exigent with all that involve them and all that connect them to others and brands, and with this the brands need to add more relevance and meaning to their experience.

User Experience is more than it seems, It’s what involves us, make us buy or share with the world what we are doing. It’s much more than people imagine, it is not just the design or the flow of information — it is responsible for reactions in people. It’s totally developed and made with people in mind.

So, User Experience is behaviours, attitudes and emotions that arise when we have contact with a product or service. Yes, that is it, experience can affect your business and sales directly or indirectly, and the community that you build will last weeks, months… years. Without a good solution for UX you have less opportunities that can be crucial for your growth, and with a good solution you can bring excellent results and opportunities to your brand. With it you can gain credibility and higher conversion.

Of course UX is mainly a focus on digital industry, but it’s not just a simple website. Many factors can influence a person’s experience, for example the images that we use and the emotions of it, content, colour, structure, functions, which combined can tell the right message in the right moment. User Experience it’s where technology can be utilised and change everything, the way that we think, talk, connect, share or buy and not just in the virtual world but also, for example, In-stores, streets, restaurants, events, among others. All companies are changing the way they lead products to their customers trying to give them a new and powerful way to enjoy the experience with the brand. And this is extremely necessary!

Nowadays, UX professionals need to understand who their customers are, their behaviours, when and in what circumstances they get involved with a brand or product, and of course, where: if it is in physical presence, if they use a desktop in their comfortable home or if it is in movement outside with mobile devices. This is extremely important since people are in constant movement and it is crucial to understand how it affects and how can impact their state of mind, their emotions, feelings, mood and body.

So it’s more than designing a good experience to users, the crucial part is building a powerful experience to people, driving the right message at the right moment, contributing with relevance across their experience independently of the product or the brand.
