Crowdfunding campaigns based on security or utility tokens now require compliance in terms of KYC and AML. In order to properly solicit the right investor companies are now required to register and qualify investors according to different “investor accreditation” rules. Accredited or Sophisticated investors need to meet certain criteria in terms of net worth or annual household income and those criteria vary per country or region (EU). Our Membership module is designed to facilitate onboarding and qualifying investors. Investors register and depending on their country of residence are presented with the proper set of documents to fill out and confirm if they are accredited according to applicable rules. The Membership application permits you to register AND qualify investors while creating an eID. We can provide clients with a fully compliant STO or utility token issuance in the US(RegD), Europe, Canada (45106) or Australia for instance.
Select a network for your token: launch your token on TELOS
