conversation.admin.single.created subscription topic

We are happy to announce that we have introduced a new subscription topic:conversation.admin.single.created.

Every time an admin initiates a personal, 1:1 conversation, Intercom will trigger a webhook with the payload of a newly created conversation. The new topic is live, so don’t forget to update your subscriptions if you are interested in those events.

This means it is now possible to match the message ID with the conversation ID. Previously, you had to search through a list of conversations to find the matching message ID.
