Retrieving a single conversation now includes tags

If you tag conversations in Intercom, our API now enables you to export those tags along with the conversation details. This means you can use external tools to do detailed analysis, for example as we explained in this blog post.

Retrieving a single conversation through the API now contains a list of tags associated with that conversation. Click here for documentation.
