DaxSummer: Interdax’s Latest Featured Trading Battle
Join DaxSummer, our summer-themed bitcoin trading battle, to compete for a place in the top 25 and win a share of the 5 BTC prize pool!
Interdax’s newest featured trading battle will start in a few days — the first since DaxDecade, which paid out over 2 BTC in prizes (worth ~$18,000 at the time).
DaxSummer starts 12:00 UTC on Monday, August 31, will last 30 days and offers a total prize pool of at least 5 BTC, and reaching a maximum of 10 BTC depending on how many traders join.
Therefore, the prize pool for the top 25 traders in DaxSummer amounts to at least $59,000 at the current BTC-USD exchange rate!
How to Join the DaxSummer Trading Battle
Each participant must use their trading stack to trade Interdax’s bitcoin perpetual (BTC-PERP) with up to 100x leverage over 30 days. You’ll need a balance of at least 0.05 BTC (~$600) — which is the minimal initial stack.
You can trade with more if you wish, as we now base the battle rankings on Return On Investment % (ROI%) rather than PnL/total balance.

Get started by registering here and depositing at least 0.05 BTC to your main trading account. Once registered, sign in and go to the battle arena, view DaxSummer and click ‘Join’.
You can then select your initial trading stack (a minimum of 0.05 BTC). Click confirm, and the funds are transferred to the DaxSummer battle sub-account.
Prizes for the Top 25 Traders in DaxSummer
The table below shows the prize distribution for the DaxSummer trading battle. Each row represents a participation threshold while the columns represent each trader ranked in the top 25.
The best performing trader (based on ROI%) at the end of DaxSummer will win 0.7631 BTC (just under $9,000). If at least 1,000 people join the battle, that prize could double to 1.5262 BTC.
For instance:
- If less than 100 traders take part, the row with a 0 as a threshold shows the prize distribution: the best performing trader wins 0.7631 BTC, while rank 25th wins 0.0154 BTC.
- If 400–499 traders take part, the top trader will win 1.0684 BTC while the person who places 25th wins 0.0201 BTC,
- If 900–999 traders join, the traders that place in the top 3 will all win over 1 BTC, while whoever ranks 25th wins 0.0293 BTC.
Any PnL generated is yours to keep once DaxSummer ends at 12:00 UTC on September 30— on top of any bitcoin prizes you may win. Positions that are not closed by the end of DaxSummer remain open, where the battle sub-account becomes a standard sub-account after the battle.
