INTR and iBTC on Moonbeam — XCM and Metamask Guide

A quick, step-by-step guide on how send INTR and IBTC to Moonbeam and add the assets to your Metamask wallet.

Send INTR and iBTC to & from Moonbeam

1. Go to https://apps.moonbeam.network/moonbeam
2. Find INTR or iBTC in the table
3. Click “Deposit”
4. Follow the instructions

To send assets back to Interlay, select “Withdraw” instead.

Attention: this currently only works for INTR and IBTC. Do NOT send other assets back to Interlay!

Add INTR and iBTC to Metamask

Make sure you are connected to the Moonbeam network on Metamask.

Follow the steps in this guide by Moonbeam if you are not sure how, or simply go to https://apps.moonbeam.network/moonbeam to auto-connect.

Simple: Via Moonbeam App

1. Go to https://apps.moonbeam.network/moonbeam
2. Next to INTR and IBTC, click “Add to Wallet”

Done, you’re good to go!

Advanced: Manual via Metamask

If for some reason, the simple method does not work, you can add the assets manually directly inMetamask.

1. Open the Metamask extension browser and tap “Assets.”

2. Press the “Import token” button at the bottom of the assets list screen.

3. Tap “Custom Tokens” and paste the token address in the slot provided.

Interlay token contracts on Moonbeam:

INTR:

• Token Contract Address: 0xFffFFFFF4C1cbCd97597339702436d4F18a375Ab
• Token symbol: xcINTR
• Token Decimal: 10

IBTC:

• Token symbol: xcINTR
• Token Decimal: 10

4. Press “Add Custom Token” at the bottom of the screen.

xcINTR and xcIBTC token should now be listed in your Metamask wallet.
