Announcing OptiMine
The team is excited to announce the new merged mining protocol OptiMine (short for Optimistically Sequenced Merged Mining) that allows the re-use of Bitcoin’s Proof-of-Work to secure other networks, including sidechains and (ETH) rollups while retaining fast Block times and high TPS.

A co-incentivized initiative between Bifrost and Interlay for the vDOT lend and borrow market was launched on Interlay’s DeFi Hub. Whereby a target supply of $3,000,000 and offer a 10% incentive APY for a one-month period during the unlock event was targeted.
