Comrades of all walks and practices,

you understand by now, our situation has become dire. Truly, it would have regardless of the results of the election, but the unthinkable has occurred. The President of the United States is now Donald J. Trump. We must stand vigilant now. If the cops and the soldiers come to evict undocumented immigrants, then long stand the barricades! If business should seek to lobby and lower the minimum wage, then show your bosses what 7.50 an hour or less works like! Then smash the machinery! Roll the Union on! Strike where we can! March on their factories, march in their streets! There will be no aid, we are at the mercy of the most violent representatives of the bourgeoisie. It is now clear we must take care of our own! Should there be men and women hungry, let us open lines for bread and drink. If fascists march among us, let the spirits of our comrades at Cable Street stand with us. There will be no Nazis in our streets, and should they march through our towns, let them not go unabated.

The elite now have to power to continue the rape of our planet. Where they build pipelines, let us smash them. Where they seek to drill for oil, we should occupy the land. Where they plan to frack, let us destroy their machinery. Our overlords on their golden thrones will not repair our earth. No! They seek rather to extract all they can from it! They are leaving us for dead in pursuit of that last drop of oil, that last gold coin.

We cannot be defeated. A specter is now haunting America again, this time, let it return with revenge. Let us stand together, authoritarian and libertarian Communists, Anarchists, Democratic Socialists, and all those who wish to stand resolute in the face of the tyranny of evil men.

Solidarity, The International Workers Press Committee
