Knowledge Management

According to the independent study in the Knowledge Management that I’m doing this semester I would like to share with you the how this new method can change the organizations to get better outcomes. Knowledge Management depends on company strategy, understanding knowledge, organizational process, and welcoming initiatives. The knowledge Management elements define the weaknesses in the organization then change that to make more improved outcomes. Using the Knowledge Management method affects positively in the employees, organizations and customers by sharing interior knowledge and receiving customers’ feedback. Creating new strategies in the company and go for them by having specific plans for the organization’s vision in long or short terms. Therefore, planning is the easiest way to improve the company but execution the plan is more difficult; that needs to choose responsible employees who are qualified to innovate good impact.

“Successful companies are those consistently create new knowledge, disseminate it widely throughout the organization, and quickly embody it in new technologies and products” (Drucker, 22). Knowledge Management recommends renew the knowledge to create innovations that make the organization becomes in the above among the competitors. It is all about focusing in the smart people who invent a new knowledge that create magnificent technologies or products to the company. Managers who play an important job to identify the good people who can affect in the company and give the chances to everyone who can share their opinion, information, notes and knowledge.
