The Problem: Empty Warning

After you have opened Tizen Studio Package Manager and are ready to install and update packages, an empty warning dialogue will appear, as displayed in the image below. There is no text, error code, or hint.

The Cause: Unable to Perform Action

What is happening here?

The Package Manager expects the Tizen Studio Integrated Development Environment (IDE) to be closed during certain operations, such as when downloading and updating packages.

The Solution: Close the IDE

  • Close Tizen Studio (IDE) and all related tools.
After initiating the Package manager, double-check that the TizenStudio (IDE) is fully terminated.
