Summary of Findings
InterPride’s mission is to empower Pride organizations worldwide. The goal of InterPride is to bring together Pride organizations as well as regional, national, and local Pride networks to support global coordination of Pride efforts. To inform the development of the Strategic Plan an in-depth stakeholder consultation process was undertaken in 2021. This approach aimed to ensure that future directions for InterPride are developed in an informed, collaborative, and participatory process from the bottom-up. Click Here to read more.
Rainbow Racism Webinar Series: First Nations Navigation of Biases in Queer Spaces
Russell Weston will lead a discussion on First Nations’ Navigation of Biases in Queer Spaces on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 11:00 PM EST; Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM AEST. During this discussion, First Nations members will open up about their experiences and how we move forward. The webinar will be a 40-minute session, with 20 minutes for Q&A and discussions. Webinar: Afghan Refugee Crisis: How Rainbow Railroad Is Making An Impact
The webinar will be hosted by Dane Bland, Director of Development and Communications, and Devon Matthews, Director of Programs. We will focus on the challenges LGBTQI+ Afghans face after the Taliban take over, the challenges RR faces trying to get folks out of the country, as well as the lack of international support.
