So it’s been a while since we’ve written about what we’ve been up to. John and I have been working tirelessly to make our product better and easier to use for the past couple of months. Here are some of the highlights of what has been released.

The Campaign UI

For the past couple of months, we’ve been listening to all of the feedback from our customers and decided to change how features were organized (including removing some that didn’t have any love). We also found that new users were getting lost and confused on where to get started.

The Contact List

  • We consolidated the stats and contacts into a single page so that way you can get a better glance of the contacts who fall under that stat.
  • Clicking on a row now opens that contact where you can edit details or view activity about that contact.
  • Multi-select options are now available too where you can quickly remove errors on a contact or just simply remove them.

The Email Sequence

  • We added a timeline to the left side to give you a better understanding of how a contact goes through the sequence.
  • You can start new email chains (threads) with a contact separate from the initial email chain that you’ve created.
  • Clicking a tag on the side now helps you easily input it into your message.
  • You can also now schedule to launch your campaign anytime in the future.
  • The bottom bar tells you about the status of your campaign such if your campaign has been paused or how many emails it has sent.

Contact Activity & Customization

  • You can get a full breakdown of each contact’s activity including which messages you’ve sent and when they’ve opened it.
  • You can also customize each message specifically for each contact

Integrations

Holy integrations! Since the last time we’ve written a post we’ve added four more CRM integrations such as Base, Bullhorn, Prosperworks, and Zapier. We also made a lot of improvements to our other integrations too!

Our current list of supported CRMs
  • Salesforce: We added the ability to create new accounts & add contacts to those accounts. A big step up from just creating leads.
  • Greenhouse: We now actually deduplicate candidates directly from Greenhouse and sync all email messages (including replies back) with that contact to Greenhouse.
  • SalesforceIQ: New contacts created can now also be pushed to any list that you choose.

Those are some of the big visible changes that we’ve done but we’re always improving the platform behind the scenes (things that don’t have a visual cue) such as email lookup accuracy and improving our chrome extension.

Stay tuned next month for more awesome updates from us! Cheers!
