The boundaries between online shopping and retail shopping will blur day by day. E-commerce identifies an escalation of shopping interests which is the key factor anticipate that they can rule the world in the future. At the same time sticking to stringent regulations and staying ready to take up the new ones also matters.

Predictive models and curative shopping and the growing acceptability of online payments humanize the online shopping experience. A future where the term electronic commerce is replaced by mobile phone commerce is not far away. To usher in the coming wave of sustainable growth, E-commerce industries concentrate to build better customer loyalty.

“The Government’s ambitious ‘Digital India’ project that aims to offer a one-stop-shop for Government services will further bolster the sector by introducing internet and broadband to remote corners of the country and increase trade.

This initiative through a targeted investment of nearly $17 billion will transform India into a connected economy and also attract investment in electronics manufacturing and create millions of jobs” says Rana Kapoor, President, ASSOCHAM Managing Director & CEO, YES Bank.
