About Intexcoin ICO
Greetings, dear Intexcoin community.
Intexcoin is the first and still the only crypto currency that has been established in Turkey. We have been working throughout 3 years and managed to achieve many firsts. And now we have set forth to achieve one another first together.
At first week of september in İstanbul we have signed a contract with Intelliblock company which is acting as a ICO consultancy company in Malta. According to this contract: Upon Intexglobal expanding as a company in Malta, the company going to be legalised with all it’s infrastructure and be able to create a global ICO currency. As we all know, Malta is becoming world’s leading country in ICO, Blockchain and Crypto Currency due it’s new laws concern this areas. New ICO and Blockchain projects that established suitable to those laws grants a legal and safer grounds for investors and keep them under protection. Our goal is to make it into a global Project. Therefore we as Intexglobal execute our ICO processes from Malta in order to keep our investors and projects under protection while taking our first steps towards our goal.
And also Intexglobal is going to aquire a legal status as a ICO consultant to help other projects in Turkey and other countries. Therefore we are going to be able to execute many different projects which are going to append trust in our current projects and create a solid ground for sustainability.
If we talk about our future ICO processes, right after the contract has been signed between Intexcoin and Intelliblock, we have started to develop a Whitepaper. Estimated time to completion of Whitepaper and other technical documentations is 4–6 months. Promo-Whitepaper (Onepager), a summary of the technical documentation to be made in three different contexts, is currently being prepared and will be announced soon. And after all the technical documentations completed, a final 40–50 paged Whitepaper going to be published that is going to contain: The goal of the Project, operation map, team information, Token economy, Token Distribution and legal subjects. Besides the information about: Coin transfer protocols for the investors that has been purchased coins before, the information about investing and coin purchase values in terms of investor in ICO process, are also going to be present in this final version of Whitepaper.
We would like to remark that we are going to continue our works regarding composing concepts to our projects and fullfiling necessary conditions to execute ICO processes and complete our projects succesfully. Our main goal is to create an open ecosystem that is going to be presented at global listing sites, coinmarketcap and global crypto currency markets while executing our projects.
