A circular recipe to make a healing beetroot elixir, delicious beetroot burgers with its pulp waste, and a beetroot memory in the toilet the day after…

Recipe for Elixir

1 kilo of beetroot = .5 litre of juice extract (we recommend a slow juicer, boiling process also possible)

mix 1 litre of extract with .3 litres of distilled or purified water

add 1.5 limes per litre

add a teaspoon of ground ginger per litre

mix and shake

1 litre = 6 servings

Recipe for Beetroot Burgers

From the waste pulp of the extract you can make delicious burgers.

1 kilo of beet = .5 of pulp = 4 to 6 burgers

3 whipped eggs per kilo of pulp

handful of oats

take handful to make a burger

.5 teaspoon sesame seeds per burger

pinches of thyme, coriander seeds, estragon, and sage
